For over 20 years, Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM) has been a premier academic children’s hospital, nationally renowned for its clinical excellence, innovative research and outstanding outcomes. CHAM is the only hospital in the Bronx exclusively dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of children, treating nearly 200,000 patients in its emergency department, outpatient clinics and health clinics each year.

Since 2001, clinician-scientists at CHAM and Albert Einstein College of Medicine have secured approximately $400M in research funding, including more than $150M from the National Institutes of Health, and enrolled children in hundreds of clinical trials.
