Kirsten Johnston, MSN, RN, NE-BC

Director, Angel One Transport
Arkansas Children's

Kirsten Johnston is the Patient Care Services Director at Arkansas Children’s Hospital responsible for Angel One Transport Service, and the Operations Center. Kirsten is a Board Certified Nurse Executive.

Kirsten has a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science from University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University.

Kirsten grew up in a small rural town in north central Arkansas-far from any trauma center, where she established her love of all things adventurous and outdoors. She and her husband have two young boys and enjoy hiking, camping, biking, and kayaking.
