Dr. Anderson is a pediatric hospitalist at the University of Colorado at Children's Hospital Colorado. She is an Associate Medical Director the Anschutz Campus through which she focuses on improving workflow, patient safety, and the educational experience of learners. She is an active member of Team Excellence Among Medical providers (TEAM), which provides augmented educational supports on the inpatient wards through direct observation and feedback as well as small group teaching for all levels of learners. She additionally devotes her scholarly efforts to improving and studying faculty development.
