Hearing loss can be challenging. There is significant assessment beyond neonatal screening which the pediatrician needs to understand. This session will cover risk factors for progressive hearing loss, noise exposures, congenital CMV infections and middle ear effusions. Faculty will discuss treatments with hearing aids, bone conduction devices, and cochlear implants.
