Holly Spraker-Perlman is a pediatric oncologist and palliative care physician who now works as a pediatric palliative oncologist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She also is fellowship-trained in integrative medicine. She has a wealth of knowledge given her past experience as the pediatric hospice medical director for Intermountain Healthcare. She is also a VitalTalk communication trainer and leads St. Jude’s fellow education program for palliative communication in conjunction with bereaved parent educators. She is also an EPEC-Pediatrics trainer and has great expertise in management of imminently dying patients. She is currently studying decision making and psychosocial functioning in phase 1 trial patients at St. Jude.
