Morgan Congdon, MD, MPH, MSEd graduated from Emory University with a B.S. in Anthropology and Human Biology and a minor in Spanish. She earned Master in Public Health and MD degrees at Brown University and her MSEd degree at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Dr. Congdon is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in the Section of Hospital Medicine in the Division of General Pediatrics at CHOP and the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as the lead for the general pediatrics Readmissions Committee. She is the Director of Medical Education Scholarship for the Division of General Pediatrics. She has experience with curriculum development of a clinical pathway series for the residency program, an enterprise-wide curriculum centered on clinical reasoning, and a complex care educational series for general pediatric faculty. She is a committed physician scientist with a passion for health equity, global health, medical education, and hospital medicine. She has been recognized by the pediatric residency program at CHOP as part of the early career faculty.
