This session will review complications that occur after exposure to prescription, nonprescription, and illegal drugs in utero. Faculty will review how drugs can affect the fetus, including maternal antidepressants. Discussion will center on identifying signs of physiologic dependence/withdrawal, developing treatment protocols, and addressing social and legal issues.
