Clinical providers, including trainees, pediatricians and neonatologists, who care for newborns need both technical and behavioral skills to effectively conduct newborn resuscitation and procedures. In this interactive session, the faculty will focus on the role of simulation in debriefing in resuscitation and procedural skills training.
