This session will focus on non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic treatment for common sleep problems. Using cases, participants will identify common sleep patterns vs. sleep disorders, discern when evidence-based strategies may be appropriate versus pharmacology, and when to refer. Behavioral and developmental consequences for inadequate and disrupted sleep will be will be discussed.
