I3518: Horses, Zebras, and Unicorns: Diagnosing Common and Uncommon Rheumatic Diseases

Autoimmune diseases can be a diagnostic challenge due to variability in clinical manifestations. This case-based session will focus on common complaints, such as "joint pains,” and “fatigue,”. It will review elements of the history and physical exam that may help differentiate common, benign etiologies from common, autoimmune diseases from rare mimickers.
